These make nighttime showers A DREAM. I get out feeling so relaxed. The scent is plenty strong, just make sure the water is hitting it, but not submerged. I bought 3 packs of different scents & I’m obsessed with all of them. I share a bathroom with 3 guys & if I can be transported to a luxury spa by just closing my eyes & taking a deep breath, you can too.

This is the second package I purchased and will continue to be a customer. I have anxiety and love knowing that I can use one of these shower steamers and let the scent make me relax when taking a shower. They last pretty long as long as you don’t put them directly in the stream. Wonderful lavender scent and leaves no residue after. I use these everytime I shower and they do not disappoint.

Absolutely LOVE the “calm” shower steamers. It took me 3 uses to get used to the scent and to learn how to actually use it in until shower (o not put directly under the shower head or it will disintegrate too fast).Now I can not live without it. I actually look forward to my shower as it’s so much more enjoyable and my husband absolutely loves it too. We actually fight now on who gets to shower first, and I e been married for 12 years and that’s never been a thing lol!Ps., I also ordered the “essence” one that has a tea tree scent and I did not like it at all. It is not agree with my skin and the smell was too strong. I contacted the company to exchange it and they gladly scent me “calm” which is my favorite and I I not have to go through the hassle of returning the prior one. Such a great company to deal with and I am a happy camper!

Nice little product. One tablet lasts two showers, but I make sure that the tablet is not directly in my shower stream. This really does help me fall, and stay, asleep at night as I was having difficulties sleeping soundly. I would definitely purchase again.

I gave these to my son. Who couldn’t use something to calm themselves during these crazy times?? He really loves them! Said he used the first one after a stressful day of car trouble. He told me he slept very well that night even though car issue was ongoing at that point. I’m so glad he could relax!

They dissolve faster than I would like, but they are still no doubt part of my nightly routine! I love the scent after a long day. They have helped me calm my mind before bed. I suffer with severe anxiety and depression and these have helped a lot with me going to sleep, I usually take a couple hours and after using these I go to sleep within the hour. I am very pleased and have already bought my best friend some and she loves them!

These smell amazing. I used to use bath and body works shower steamers. For some reason they discontinued them. They were great but they were expensive. These are an excellent replacement. Better value. I suggest putting then behind you in the shower. The scent is distributed better that way.

I did not place it directly on the shower floor. If I had, it would probably last for 20 minutes even under the shower stream. I placed it on a slatted-bottom plastic soap dish which I placed on the shower floor to the side of the shower stream. A tablet lasted about 3 showers of 15-20 minutes each. The lavender scent is strong and lasted up to the last chunk. If you are one of those individuals whose migraine gets triggered by scents, maybe putting it on a slatted soap dish will control how much scent is released. Will it really calm you? Nah, it just makes your shower stall smell good.
