This really works. I drink “sleep” tea before applying oil on feet, big toe, under nose and on wrists. The fragrance is comforting and prepares me a restful nights sleep.😴 Make sure to take your mind off stressors of the day though. 🐑

I have used calming oils in the past that were very expensive and did not do what I thought they should. Decided to try this product as the price was very affordable. I absolutely love it. I also bought it for my Mom who has dementia and gets anxious towards the end of the day. I saw a difference in her right away. The oils smell incredible and I love them so much. I got them to help my daughter who has severe anxiety and PTSD. I will update later to share if they help or not but I would even wear these as perfume. However they arrived spilled, the seals don’t work and quite a bit of oil was lost. Even after cleaning the mess two of the oil rollers leak if they aren’t upright so I can’t carry them around with me unless they are in a Ziploc bag. I am not sure how to fix them so I’m just storing them vertically. But really lovely oils, I would definitely buy them again.UPDATE-The seller offered to send me a brand new set. Wonderful customer service

5 stars is for customer service , I purchased the trio and it came with one that leaked all over the packages and one the the roller ball didn’t allow anything out . I sent a email and was sent 2 news ones in 2 day ! Now as far as the oil , I really noticed a huge difference with the calm on my 8 year old son. oh
