Been looking to start journaling and self reflect and so far this seems the perfect book to do it with. Highly recommend and absolutely love the quotes in between.

I have been waiting for a journal like this to come out. I love the guided concept. I’ve never been able to begin journaling because I didn’t know how or where to begin. I’m excited to begin this journey now!

This has been an amazing tool in my mental health toolbox. The prompts are not intimidating and make it easy to dive into journaling, even if you’re new to the practice. At the same time they really do help drive deep reflection and therefore meaningful change. I’ve found using this journal to be a huge stress reliever and I couldn’t be happier that I purchased it!

I seriously had life changing realizations within the first two prompts!!! This book guides you through questions that really make you think! You can answer with real answers that nobody ever needs to see but you and then follows up with questions that help you see that you have a much greater control over your life than you thought! It has given me a renewed excitement for my goals that had begun to feel unattainable. I will be buying this book again for friends and family!

I like that there are some easy-going light hearted questions, but also some deeper questions (if you want to give deep answers) really does help with self reflection in a guided way.

I am so happy that I pre-ordered this journal. I love Journaling and recently have been trying to work on my “inner child.” This book has helped me put my thoughts together and I enjoy the prompts. I love getting my colorful pens out and just having some “me time” in the morning before the kids wake up and before I head to work. I will definitely purchase more for my family. If you want to better yourself, you need this… like yesterday.

This book takes care of the “where do I start” question. Often times, as with many things, the most difficult part of writing down your thoughts is knowing where to begin. Cynthia’s 52 Week Mental Health Journal takes care of that The intuitive prompts and insightful topics help the veteran and novice journalist alike set their thoughts to paper. I have had a front row seat in watching the crafting and development of this journal and I know that you will find it infused with care and concern for our collective well-being.

I’m a therapist using this book for myself for fun and my own relaxation. I’m enjoying it and would best describe it as perfect for someone just starting to journal or to explore their own self-care habits….something we all can use more of after living through 2020-2021!

I have been using my journal for a week now and it has been super helpful. The prompts and daily questions help me take time to reflect on myself, my goals, aspirations, concerns, and bring peace to my mind. Free journaling or writing has never been easy for me, I find it overwhelming to not have a direction. However, the guiding questions are specific and have helped me get into the practice of journaling every day. I keep the journal on my nightstand and only need 5 minutes a day to complete the questions. While it may seem very little time, these 5 minutes of journaling have helped feel less stressed and have allowed me to calm my mind. I have already bought 3 journals for my friends and family as gifts. This will be my go-to gift from now on for those I care about because it will help them take care of their mental health and wellbeing. I love it and plan to buy one every year to continue this practice.
